1. Who we are. Coach is a training-planning service for triathletes and other endurance athletes, run by [not set], enskild firma, organisation number [not set], [not set], [not set] (“we”). By creating an account or using Coach you agree to these terms.
2. Who may use it. You must be 18 or older. One account is for one person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Not medical advice. Coach gives training suggestions, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a medical device. Talk to a doctor before you start or change a training programme, and always if you have a health condition, pain, an injury or symptoms such as chest pain, dizziness or breathlessness. Stop training and get medical help if you feel unwell. You train at your own risk. Plans come from rules and from AI and can be wrong; check that a session is safe for you.
4. Your account and data. You own your data. You let us use it only to run Coach for you, as described in the Privacy policy. You can download or delete your data at any time in the app.
5. Connections to other services. You may connect devices and services such as Garmin, WHOOP, Polar or Intervals.icu. Their terms apply to your use of them. They can change or stop working without notice.
6. Free and Premium. Coach has a Free plan and a paid Premium plan. What each includes is shown under My plan. Premium is billed as described in the Subscription terms. If a change takes something away from a paying subscriber we will tell you and you may cancel.
7. Acceptable use. Do not break the law, attack or overload Coach, try to reach other people’s data, copy or resell the service, or use bots or scrapers. We may suspend an account that does.
8. Our content. Coach, its software, plans, texts, pictures and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own training and print your own plans. You may not copy or sell them.
9. Availability. We work to keep Coach available but it may be down for updates or reasons outside our control. If we stop the whole service we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to download your data.
10. Our responsibility. We are liable as the law requires, including for intent, gross negligence and where the law gives you rights as a consumer. Beyond that we are not liable for injury, illness or loss that comes from following a plan, from a wrong suggestion, or from a connection or the AI service not working, and our liability for other loss is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Ending. You may delete your account in the app at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. A paid subscription you cancel stays active until the end of the paid period.
12. Changes. If we change these terms in a way that matters we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before it applies.
13. Law and disputes. Swedish law applies, but this does not remove consumer protections from the law of the country where you live. Consumers can use the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) and the EU online dispute platform.
14. Contact. [not set], [not set].
