Delete your Coach account and data

In the app: open Account, then My account, then press Delete my account and data and confirm. This cannot be undone.

If you can no longer open the app: email [not set] from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within seven days and confirm by email.

What is deleted: your account, activities and original files, plans, races and results, health entries, connections and their saved tokens, and your calendar link. Connections are revoked where the service allows it.

What we keep, and for how long: payment records for seven years because accounting law requires it; copies in encrypted backups, which are removed within 30 days.

Download first: under My account press Download all my data to get everything we hold about you in one file.

Premium: deleting your account also cancels a Premium subscription, so you are not charged again.
